The BAA applies to various federal projects, including infrastructure projects. Generally, it applies to federal acquisitions that exceed the micro-purchase threshold but are below the applicable dollar threshold for Trade Agreement Act (TAA) applicability. The TAA applies to projects exceeding the BAA threshold.
